Society News ~ Message from the President

Dear Colleagues:

After considerable discussion and deliberation, the Executive Council of the Southern California Vascular Surgical Society has made the decision to select a new management company to perform the administrative and management duties of the society.

Ms. Terri Comegys and her firm, BostonBased, 19 North Street, Salem, MA 01970, Tel: 978-745-8331; Fax: 978-745-8334; will be handling the society's affairs.  The Office of Continuing Medical Education at University of Southern California formerly conducted these duties.

In an effort to move the Society forward and grow under the leadership of its officers and members, we felt this change was important and necessary.  The Society greatly appreciates the services provided by Donna Bowker at USC.  We expect the transition to proceed smoothly as Ms. Comegys is familiar with our Society, and is currently providing similar services to regional societies in the vascular community.

I look forward to seeing you in May.

Sincerely,

Sam S. Ahn, MD

President
